KNE SPRINT CHAMPIONSHIP 2025
Our 2025 Championships will run over 9 rounds starting in February. Held on the first Sunday of the month, the series will give drivers the opportunity to pit their skills against each other in the highly competitive race days.
Book the first three rounds of the 2025 championship by the end of December 2024 to receive a 15% discount on race entry fees!
The Senior Sprint Race Day (16 Yrs+) – will be split into two championships, Heavyweight (80kg +) and Lightweight (<80kg). Circuit: 1200 metre. Karts: 390cc Sodi karts.
The Junior Race Day (14/15 Yrs when starting the championship) – was a new championship class for 2024 and will continue in 2025 Circuit: 1200 metre. Karts: 390cc Sodi karts.
The Cadet/Inter Race Day (8-13 Yrs when starting the championship) – Please note, all drivers must have previously completed a timed session on the 850m circuit before entering the race day. Circuit: 850 metre. Karts: 160cc Sodi karts.

Running both a light weight (<80kg) and heavy weight (80kg+) class, each driver will compete in a 15 minute qualifier, 15 minute heat and 15 minute final. Grid positions for the heats will be determined by fastest lap times in each qualifier, and grid positions for the finals will be determined by finishing positions in the heats. Please note, a championship registration fee will be payable upon booking your place in a championship round. For full event details see the regulations below.

Each driver will compete in one qualifying session of 10 minutes with the fastest lap times determining the grid positions for the race. Drivers will then compete in one 15 minute race. Based on the number of entries, qualifying groups will be split into equal groups at random with separate sessions being run. Drivers will then be split into finals based on qualifying times and driver numbers. Please note, a championship registration fee will be payable upon booking your place in a championship round.
