The Cadet and Inter class compete on the 850m outdoor circuit using Sodi LR5 160cc karts.
All equipment is provided, but should you wish to wear you own race wear this is allowed provided it meets the regulations. The 850m circuit is the layout used by drivers such as Lewis Hamilton when he was racing at Warden Law in the 1990s.
With a maximum entry of 37 for each round, every driver will compete in a 10 minute qualifying session and a 15 minute final, with the fastest lap times during qualifying determining the grid positions for the final.

The Junior Class for 14 and 15 year olds utilises the full 1200m circuit as used on the current Wera Tools British Kart Championships calendar.
Competing in Sodi SR5 390cc karts, each driver will compete in a 10 minute timed qualifying, a 10 minute heat and 15 minute final per round. With up to 32 karts on track, the racing is action packed and a great place to learn the art of race craft.

The Senior classes are for drivers 16 years plus and consist of two weight classes Lightweight (<80kg) and Heavyweight (80kg plus).
Also using the Motorsport UK approved 1200m circuit and Sodi SR5 390cc karts, the senior classes race on split grids depending on class. As an extra incentive for new drivers, a rookie cup is awarded to the highest placed novice in each class at the end of the year.
Each driver will compete in a 15 minute timed qualifying, a 15 minute heat and 15 minute final per round.
